Who is ServiceLoop for?

ServiceLoop is designed specifically for commercial service businesses in industries such as landscaping and lawn care, lot services, residential cleaning, pressure washing, general contracting, pest control, tree care, and snow removal to name just a few.

How much does ServiceLoop cost?

ServiceLoop offers unique pricing plans to match your business needs, and there is something for everyone. All the options can be found on our pricing page (link this). With only two pricing plans our aim is to be simple with our pricing models and as flexible as possible. That’s why we built our tool the way we did. Enjoy module based pricing if you desire so you only pay for what you need.

Is there a contract?

There are no contracts.

If you sign up for ServiceLoop’ monthly subscription, you can cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. If you sign up for an annual subscription, you are billed for the entire year at the start of your subscription.

There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade or downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused.

Can I import my customer list?

Absolutely! You can import your existing customers as a CSV.

Is my data backed up and safe?

Your security is our utmost priority! With standard SSL Encryption used by leading companies like Amazon (read about that here https://aws.amazon.com/security/), we ensure the complete safety of your data as well as your customers’. Our tech team remains vigilant, staying ahead of the curve in data encryption and security.

Is my billing data safe?

Yes! ServiceLoop doesn’t store any of your billing information locally. Instead, we make use of a third party service that is independently certified to store sensitive personal information such as credit card and banking information. Your billing details are transferred over an encrypted (SSL) connection to this third party, and all transactions happen directly through them. This is the same level of security used in online banking.

How does ServiceLoop help subcontractors?

ServiceLoop can help subcontractors grow their business exponentially by exposing them to new bid opportunities. ServiceLoop even allows subcontractors to receive all their bid opportunities in one easy-to-use dashboard, and their bids can be submitted online.
